Rick Hoeing has been a Pioneer sales representative for 10 years. He’s also our Digital Ag Specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in precision ag industry. Rick graduated in 2002 from Purdue University with a B.S. in Ag Systems Management as well as Agribusiness Management with a minor in Agronomy.

With his many years in the precision ag business and firsthand knowledge from being a farmer himself, Rick is a huge asset to our team. We even like to say he’s the glue that holds the agency together.

Rick and his wife, Kim, and their three children reside on their family farm in rural Decatur County.

Brian Bush is your go-to guy for agronomy answers. He’s been with Pioneer for 19 years, having worked as a Research Scientist and Field Agronomist for southern Indiana. Today, he’s our Lead Agronomic Advisor and Sales Representative. Brian earned his B.S. in Plant Sciences from Purdue University before receiving his Masters in Plant Pathology from North Carolina State in 2001.

When he’s not at Top Crop Alliance, you can find Brian helping with his family business, Bush's Market, or spending time with his wife, Karen, and their two children. Brian and his family live in Bartholomew County.

Baron Deck loves to talk about all things agriculture. In 2015, Baron started his consulting business and worked as a Certified Service Agent for the Encirca Services from Pioneer. Today, he is one of our Digital Ag Specialists servicing operations across southeastern Indiana. Baron has a passion for regenerative agriculture. Ask him about it and take a seat!

Baron also runs several agriculture-related businesses, including hogs and a large sheep herd. He even has his own farm where he raises corn and soybeans and has an impressive cover crop program.

Baron and his wife, Anna, have three children and reside in rural Decatur County.

Spencer Rueff is our resident comedian. He can chat about anything from seed to sports! Spencer started his seed sales journey with several internships while attending Purdue University. After graduating in December 2019 with a B.S. in Ag Economics, he joined Top Crop Alliance as Warehouse Manager and Sales Representative in training.

Today, Spencer in addition to managing the warehouse and operating the treater, he is a full-fledged Pioneer Sales Representative for Top Crop Alliance. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and mountain hiking. Spencer and his wife, Martina, reside in rural Decatur county.
